LIFT International was founded in the autumn of 2017 by Rogier Elsenburg and Bert Peters.

Elsenburg, a former derivatives trader, started in Recruitment in 2003 earning his stripes in the European Banking & Financial Services space. He worked his way up to the Sthree Benelux & France board and a few of the achievements under his supervision are placing 350+ Software Engineers into the HFT Industry, managing a 250+ Interim IT & Finance Professionals population continuously and completing 5000+ Search and Interim assignments.

Peters is the owner and founder of the LINKIT Group. He started in 1998 in IT Outsourcing and Interim IT assignments, is an absolute specialist in the Information Management and Information Technology field and currently has 1000+ Interim IT Professionals on various assignments within a broad range of sectors.
